October 11, 2024: Judge Stacy Adams granted final approval to a $6 million class action settlement resolving a lawsuit concerning the InControl Infotainment systems in Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles.  SK founding partner Joel Smith appeared on behalf of the class at the final approval hearing.

September 20, 2024: Smith Krivoshey seeks approval of $30 million settlement in class action against Momentum Solar, the biggest non-reversionary common fund settlement in pure telemarketing TCPA case ever.

On July 25, 2024, Judge Freeman certified a class of students in case against the University of Southern California and appointed Smith Krivoshey as Class Counsel, finding that "As is evident from the firm resume[], the experience of [Smith Krivoshey] in representing consumers in class actions is extensive."
