March 16, 2026: Judge R. Gary Klausner (C.D. Cal.) granted Smith Krivoshey's motion for class certification in a case concerning the alleged unlawful sale of marijuana products disguised as lawful hemp.

March 3, 2026: Judge Susan C. Rodriguez (N.D.N.C.) granted final approval to $22 million class settlement concerning recalled grass trimmers and appointed Smith Krivoshey class counsel.

February 5, 2026: Judge Grady Jennings (W.D. Ky) approved notice to collective class of commercial and mortgage loan originators represented by Smith Krivoshey alleging their credit union misclassified them as exempt, outside sales employees.

December 15, 2025: Smith Krivoshey obtains preliminary approval of $13 million class settlement in case against the University of Southern California concerning late fees charged to students.

October 20, 2025: Judge Vince Chhabria granted final approval to an $8.75 million non-reversionary settlement negotiated by Smith Krivoshey to resolve consumer claims regarding Botanic Tonics Feel Free kratom products.

August 18, 2025: Smith Krivoshey obtains final approval of $30 million settlement in class action against Momentum Solar, the biggest non-reversionary common fund settlement in pure telemarketing TCPA case ever.

On March 28, 2025, Judge Algenon L. Marbley of the Southern District of Ohio granted class certification and appointed Smith Krivoshey as co-lead class counsel in case against Kroger for alleged overcharging of prescription drugs.er

On January 23, 2025, an Illinois federal district court granted final approval to a classwide settlement in a case alleging that Beyond Meat plant-based foods overstated their protein content.

October 11, 2024: Judge Stacy Adams granted final approval to a $6 million class action settlement resolving a lawsuit concerning the InControl Infotainment systems in Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles. SK founding partner Joel Smith appeared on behalf of the class at the final approval hearing.

On July 25, 2024, Judge Freeman certified a class of students in case against the University of Southern California and appointed Smith Krivoshey as Class Counsel, finding that "As is evident from the firm resume[], the experience of [Smith Krivoshey] in representing consumers in class actions is extensive."
